Official wedding ceremony in Tuscany – Rafael and Veronica

It’s already a known fact  that you can have an official wedding ceremony in Italy and there are many beautiful places to celebrate it. For your destination wedding in Italy you can choose Rome, Florence, Venice, Verona, Amalfi coast where you can breath the history and say ” I do” in the castles, palaces and on the panoramic terraces.

If the big city is not for you (because of budget or your preferences), you can always find nice cozy towns with lovely Town Halls or private villas for the organization of the official wedding ceremony en plein air.

Today’s post is about wedding in Tuscany.

The official wedding ceremony of Rafael and Veronica took place in a marvellous wedding location in Tuscany called Tenuta Corbinaia. It takes less than an hour from Florence to get there by car.

Several months before the wedding I showed the couple various ancient Tuscan villas for their official wedding. Rafael and Veronica wanted a wedding in Tuscany in a Villa with a Tuscan character, not historical, but with a more modern touch. When you see photos of the Villa Tenuta Corbinaia in Tuscany, you will realize that we have got the point. Villa is the incarnetion of elegant Tuscan style. It is a wonderful place for formal and symbolic ceremonies and wedding banquets (small and large groups are welcomed). You can also stay there for one or several nights, or even for a week (wedding suite for the newlyweds, as well as pool villa, which can accomodate up to 19 guests). The villa is opened all the year round.

For the wedding palette we chose shades of blue and blue in combination with yellow. Indigo is the bride’s favourite color. And this unusual color scheme for the wedding was the perfect complement to the decor in the Villa.

Veronica bought her wedding dress in Florence in Atelier Eme. I advised her this bride salon in the heart of Tuscany where you can find the wide selection of couture wedding dresses and the most unusual and stylish models. The dress was bought just 4 days before the wedding day.

This official wedding in Italy was very intimate. Apart from the couple there was only the one bridesmaid and I had the honor to be the second one.

The villa is really stunning so that almost the whole photoshooting was made there. The wedding dinner also took place in the villa. We invited the chef and the couple enjoyed the authentic Tuscan cuisine in a cosy atmosphere of the dinning room of the villa.

As usual, the photographer Alexander Pavluchenko (http://www.alexpaulphotography.com/) did a great job and managed to trasmit all the beauty of this happy event.

It’s time to enjoy the photo gallery of this wedding in Tuscany. Enjoy and get inspired!
